Lethal Poison - Samari - Silver Sword

'No, you have my scent with you now. And my scent has Silver Swords, you must come with me, please.' Samari begged Serenity, his eyes wide with fear and rage.

Serenity nodded, "What is it?" She took one guess "Thor?" Serenity asked, her legs became shaky as she thought of him trying to slaughter her, then shook herself back and trotted ahead of Sam, waiting for him to direct her in the right direction.

Sam didn't answer he cantered and led the way to Silver.

Silver Sword was thrashing madly about in the small feild they met in his eyes were side with terror.

Serenity accepted that he didn't want to talk about it and trailed behind Sam, not saying anything more during the way to Silver. She met him face to face in the clearing, to him he looked like an angry, mean horse right now, although she knew he was just hurt inside. Serenity saw fire burn up inside Silver Sword, what had set him off so bad?

Silver glared at Sam then tore off again bucking and screaming, he then stopped and called for the horses to follow, Sam and Poison cantered to there leader and sam looked back at Serenity.

Serenity shot a confused look at Sam, she was unsure if she was wanted or needed to where Silver Sword had called for them so she gave a few long strides until she was about half way there and stood, motionless.

Sam whinnied for her to follow, his eyes looked deep and pleeding.

Serenity nodded and trotted forward, stepping inline with Sam, "Please tell me what is going on?" She begged, hating to know they were in danger and Serenity didn't even know what the danger was!

'Th-' Silver began when a huge black shire bursted through the trees, Silver Sword screamed and reared before the horse and Lethal Poison neighed loudly at Silver. Samari's eyes widened and he jumped infront of Serenity, he reared, his tall solid frame sheltering Serenity.

Serenity stared, the shire was huge! She backed up then her knees seemed to buckle, unable to move, she squealed, afraid. Serenity shuddered and lowered her head, she knew how powerful and strong Thor was, to slaughter a whole herd of horses, but she also knew how tall he was, then again, all the three friendly Shires she'd met seemed pretty strong and brave, too.

Sam looked back at Serenity and was taken advantage of. Thor powered into him and he was thrust of his feet, Poison charged Thor at the instant Silver did, the both charged and Thor struck back.
Samari struggle to his hooves and stumbled towards Thor screaming with rage.

Serenity stumbled back too as Samari fell over, she firmly nudged his rump in order to give him more balance, then disappeared into the trees, trying to get out of the danger, but kept watch of the fight as her dark coat blended in with the darkened shadows.

Sam saw her dissapear and smiled, she was safe. He reared over Thor and crashed down on his back, Thor fell to his knees and Sam and Poison stepped back, this was Silvers fight now.

Serenity started to fret, although she had faith in the stallions and knew they'd win over Thor and possibly kill him because of the murders he had committed. She slowly peeked her head through a bush, luckily Thor hadn't of even known she was there.

Thor's evil glare turned to the mare in the bush before his body fell limp, Silver Sword had gotten his revenge.

Serenity glared back at Thor and walked out, feeling it was safe now to be present in the clearing with the warriors. She rushed to Samari's side and nuzzled him, pressing her nose to his neck. "Your okay," She said, happily.

'I'm so sorry,' Sam apoligised.

"For what?" Serenity asked, although she thought she already knew the answer.

'You didn't need to see that,' Samari looked her in the eye.

Serenity nodded, "I know, but it needed to be done." She said, pulling Sam closer to him.

Sam hugged her close using his neck.

Serenity smiled and gently licked his cheek, looking at Lethal, feeling sympathy for him because Diamond had left him, then her eyes flickered to Silver, his mood was anger, now he looked relaxed that his job had been done.

Lethal Poison and Silver Sword trotted away in synchronisation, Samari guestured for Serenity to follow him back to the forest.

Serenity nodded, "Thanks." She smiled then cantered back to the clearing with a warm feeling inside.

Samari cantered freely after Serenity, sighing with contented.
